We are able to offer a subsidised Inspection Trip to clients looking to purchase property in Spain.
This offer includes return flights from the airport of your choice *, airport collection and drop off and accommodation for 3 nights in a good local hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. You will be collected from the airport and escorted during your stay by a Provincial Realty Sales Consultant on a one to one basis in an air conditioned car.
The price of an Inspection Visit is £99 per person**. The flights for the trip will be booked on your credit card, should the flights cost more than the agreed price we will firstly inform you of this and then refund you the difference in euros when you arrive in Spain. All meals other than breakfast are at your own expense.
It is our policy that you will never be taken out with other clients, you will have plenty of ‘free time’ to discuss your thoughts and you will be free in the evening time to enjoy the area. We will gladly recommend local restaurants and places of interest for you to visit. This will not be a ‘Hard Sell’ experience, we want you to be happy with our service, your trip and ultimately your purchase. Provincial Realty does not support large, expensive offices or enforce impossible targets to be met by our sales staff, so, please, rest assured your comfort and trust is our number one priority.
As the trip is heavily subsidised by Provincial Realty we do however ask that you come prepared! Should you find a property that you wish to purchase you must have funds available to pay a deposit, usually 3,000 – 6,000 euro, this must be available on a credit or debit card. We ask that all parties who will be named on the purchase contract are present or ‘power of attorney’ is in place and that you are in a position to either complete the purchase if buying a re-sale property or make the stage payments if buying off plan. If you are waiting for a house sale to complete in the UK and are reliant on funds from this to purchase in Spain, please make sure we are aware of this prior to your trip as payment terms can be changed to accommodate this. If you are not in a position to purchase we can offer you a different type of visit where we can help you to explore the area and escort you on a viewing trip with a view to re-visiting when funds are available.

We endeavour to accommodate all clients on their first choice of airport, travel date and travel times, if we feel that the available flights are not suitable we will of telephone you prior to booking and discuss the available options.
* Flights from smaller, regional airports may incur additional cost, we will advise you of this at the time of booking, an alternative airport will be offered at the offer price if this is the case.
** Inspection Trips booked at peak travelling times i.e. Easter, Half Term / School Holiday times, may incur additional cost, you will be advised if this is the case and an alternative travelling date or price will be offered.
